We bring the Total Experience Learning® (TExpL®) instructional framework to classrooms and learning environments around the world empowering educators and administrators with a practical, proven approach to designing and managing engaging, active, and experiential learning.
Unlike traditional instructional frameworks that focus on curriculum alone, TExpL works across any subject, grade level, or learning environment, giving educators the tools to adapt, lead, and succeed in today’s increasingly complex classrooms.

An Instructional Framework Built by Educators Now Scaling Nationwide
In 2024, ConvergeEd partnered with Alvernia University to launch The TExpL Institute at Alvernia, delivering accredited training programs to educators across Eastern and Central Pennsylvania.

Adelle L. Schade, Ph.D.
Before founding ConvergeEd, Adelle spent 25 years as a public high school teacher at the Conrad Weiser School District, Robesonia, Pennsylvania. Partially as a response to the frustrations that she and many teachers have about the current K-12 education process, Adelle developed the Science Research Institute (SRI), an innovative and experiential way of teaching and engaging students that was highly successful across the Conrad Weiser District.
Recognizing the power in this new approach, Adelle created Total Experience Learning (TExpL), an instructional framework that formalizes the experiential learning environment that she established through SRI. In 2020, in partnership with higher education partners, she founded the TExpL Institute in order to provide TExpL training to teachers as part of continuing education graduate certificates and professional development programs.
The TExpL Institute at Alvernia University, ConvergeEd’s flagship higher education partner, has educated hundreds of teachers in the TExpL instructional framework, impacting tens of thousands of students across central and eastern Pennsylvania with highly successful results. Adelle is excited to expand this opportunity beyond Pennsylvania, to school districts across the country.

Jacquelyn S. Fetrow, Ph.D.
Jacque is an experienced leader in higher education, an award-winning teacher, and a research scientist. Her background spans roles as a biotech startup executive, college president, and provost giving her a rare combination of academic and entrepreneurial expertise. This unique set of experiences enables her to develop innovative educational strategies to address problems with today’s educational systems.
Jacque and Adelle started partnering when Adelle was a teacher at Conrad Weiser High School, with Jacque providing a sounding-board and thought partner in the development of SRI. She has continued to work closely with Adelle during the development of TExpL, providing valuable insight into the needs of higher education. Together, Adelle and Jacque have developed the TExpL Institute as an innovative way to provide a sustainable growth driver and a revenue diversification strategy for higher education institutions where educating K-12 teachers is a priority.

Stephanie J. Reisinger
Steph is an accomplished executive leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses from the ground up. Her experience spans the full business lifecycle, from founding startups and leading high growth businesses, to positioning mature businesses for successful acquisition. Since the mid-2000’s, Steph has been a member of the executive leadership teams of several health tech companies, leading large (1000+) teams, managing significant (multiple $100m) budgets and driving strong growth.
Steph brings to ConvergeEd a unique mix of strategic vision, operational discipline and business acumen, with an “outsiders” perspective of the education market. She has a genuine passion for helping teams to navigate the change and evolution that are necessary to turn an amazing idea into an impactful, high-growth and sustainable business.
